The Upstarts are amazing!
The band are all brilliant and made our wedding evening so special! Our guests have been raving about them too, so many compliments. They are the best musicians to get the party going. Great communication throughout the process, we would recommend them over and over. Thank you to Jake, Chris, Rabin and Mark, you ROCK!! -
Best day of our lives
Our wedding was simply the best day of our lives and I can’t thank The Upstarts for being a part of it. They played an acoustic set during our drinks reception and had everyone up dancing all night. They took requests off guests and even played with my cousin singing our first dance. Thank you so much, Mr and Mrs Atherton -
They made the day extra special and brought the party atmosphere
I absolutely loved The Upstarts, who played at our wedding. They got everyone dancing right away and we all didn't stop dancing until the end. They were really interactive with the crowd and had great banter. Would definitely use them again for future big events - just outstanding. They were also really helpful with pre planning, wasn't really sure what to do but they talked everything through with my husband and I. Gave suggestions on what works best etc.. just great. -
The most amazing band ?
The Upstarts really know how to kick start a party! The band performed at our wedding in September 2022 and they exceeded our already high expectations. Our dancefloor was full from start to finish, and every song was executed perfectly. Our guests were in awe will how amazing they were and they loved the interaction, especially the dance-off! The band themselves were lovely lads and so friendly and accommodating! If you want to add the wow factor to your special event then The Upstarts are the band for you. -
So much more than a band
The band were amazing, so interactive and were great off and on the stage speaking to the family and friends in between sets also. We had so many compliments on the band and people were dancing who never danced before! We were a very excitable bunch and they were brilliant with us! -

The Upstarts know how to do a party!
Absolutely fantastic performance on our wedding night, they played a brilliant range of songs from their varied repertoire which had all of our guests up and dancing throughout the evening. They really did get the party going and it kept going all night! They are a lovely bunch of lads too, really friendly and completely accommodating for our particular requests. Just wish we could do it all again! -
Amazing Night!
We booked the Upstarts for our wedding and they were the highlight of the day! We had spent the build up watching their videos online and were so excited, my husband said he was even a little starstruck as it felt like meeting a celebrity after watching so many haha! They didn't disappoint and we have had so many people commenting on how cool the band were! The dancefloor was on fire all night and the atmosphere was amazing! The lads were great at keeping us updated before the big day and kindly learnt not only our first dance but also a special song for me to dance with my dad to. We can't thank them enough and hope to be able to see them live again one day! -
